How to Use:

• Preparation: Mix BlondorPlex powder in a non-metallic bowl with Welloxon Perfect Developer (1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, or 12%) in a ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2. Use a maximum of 6% developer for root/scalp application.

• Application: Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Process according to hair condition and desired lift, checking every 5–10 minutes. Do not exceed a total development time of 50 minutes.

• Post-Treatment Routine:

  1. Rinse the bleaching mixture thoroughly with lukewarm water.

  2. Apply WellaPlex No. 2 Bond Stabilizer from roots to ends (use 12g of No. 2 per 30g of BlondorPlex used) and leave on for 10 minutes.

  3. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and follow with Blondor Blonde Seal & Care Conditioner for extra gloss and protection.
